Beside still waters

We had our physicals yesterday, our psych tests today, and we head out to training tomorrow. Tonight is for packing.

Pray for our physicals forms; our confidence in the walk-in medical institution we used is not high, and the medical forms have some very specific requirements (which keep changing).

Regarding my previous post, we seem to be under attack from all sides, and our friends and family, too. You know, they say you shouldn't stand too close to the guy with the big red bull's eye on his chest. So far, though, it's been "near misses all around [us]", but keep your guard up. Be alert, be wise.

We're headed out tomorrow, and we won't be back for a while. I don't know what our connectivity will be like while we're there, but I'll try to update as I can. Really, we have no idea what to expect from this training. I suspect our days will be fairly regimented, and, consequently, our time there may be the least stressful in our lives for a while.
