Every child knows that if you want a puppy, you ask for a pony. Well, we asked for a few pack mules, and what we got was a full stable's worth of thoroughbreds! Thank you so much to everyone who helped us move today and to everyone who prayed for our move. There must've been 20+ people out there helping us today, from the guys who brought trucks and dollies to the woman who swept out our garage to the girl who rewired our dryer to fit in our sister's house to everyone who schlepped the load. Your selfless support is very much appreciated.
The house is mostly empty now, and with this move the weight of our decision is beginning to set in. To paraphrase a common saying, "This...just got real."

I love the way you use scripture to speak of the events happening in your life. The one I live with wants to know how you come up with them so quickly.
"Umbrellas Up!" Sounds like the umbrella of prayer is covering you. Know we continue to knock on the door of our Lord for you both.
